- ◆Furthermore, he is commonly mistaken with Milford Weaver, who shares a similar outfit. However, the two can easily be distinguished by their voice.
- ◆Norman Leathers will sometimes comment, "The bandits in this town just keep getting worse... I blame the moving pictures myself", which could be a nod to real-life disbarred lawyer Jack Thompson, who became famous for campaigning against the Grand Theft Auto series and Take-Two Interactive, believing the prior to be inciting acts of violence amongst juveniles who play those games.
