• ◆Edgar Ross can sometimes be seen hunting ducks with the Semi-auto shotgun in the Stranger Side-mission, "Remember My Family".
• ◆A Promotional Screenshot features Bonnie MacFarlane wielding the Semi Auto Shotgun, though it is not seen in game as she is in possession of a Double Barreled Shotgun.
• ◆This is the only Rare Weapon that can be purchased before the mission "An Appointed Time" is completed, making it possible to unlock the Exquisite Taste achievement as early as after the mission "We Shall Be Together in Paradise" is completed and Nuevo Paraíso is unlocked.
