◆His exact character model is used in the mission "You Shall Not Give False Testimony, Except for Profit" by Ernest Seahorn, Aquila's friend, who asks if Aquila is going to let Marston get away with knocking him down.
◆Randall also shares a character head with Floyd Brogles, Lewis Shelton, Lewis Pickering, Archie Nevers, Vernon Cherry, Felix Middleton, Alvin McCready, and E.H. Kretzschmar.
◆Randall is likely inspired by either Boone Helm or Alfred Packer, two infamous cannibals from the Old West. Although Packer is the more well-known of the two, his crimes occurred in a survival situation driven by starvation. In contrast, Randall's modus operandi aligns more closely with Helm, who murdered opportunistically for the human meat.
