A practical order for the fish list, with lure prep, weather/time tips, and travel-efficient sequencing.

Route overlays: practical checkpoints for planning your run. Use them as route anchors, then follow clue tracks in each local area.

Buy all special lures first (river, lake, swamp) before long travel legs.
Clear cluster-friendly fish around central/eastern regions first.
Then do high-travel fish in one pass: north, west, and deep swamp last.
Mail catches in batches whenever you pass a post office to avoid inventory friction.

Use Eagle Eye and cast along the fish movement line, not directly on top of it.
Wrong lure is the #1 fail case; switch lure before changing spots.
Reposition after 3-4 dead casts; legendary fish often sit slightly off obvious shore angles.
Early morning and overcast windows are consistently productive for many spots.
