◆Lewis shares a head model with Burt Cowan, Floyd Brogles, Alvin McCready, Ernest Seahorn, Lewis Pickering, Felix Middleton, Archie Nevers, and E.H. Kretzschmar.
◆He also shares the same outfit as Floyd Brogles and also a similar one to Alvin Briggs, but with a blue kerchief instead of a white bandana.
◆He claims that a friend of his got himself shot on the bridge at Benedict Pass.
◆He sometimes complains about outlaws around Rattlesnake Hollow, saying that someone should deal with them.
◆He mentions that there is a mountain lion near Río Bravo, similar to some other NPCs, like Jesse Bryars and Rufus Byrd.
◆He claims that his grandfather died at Riley's Charge; presumably he was a soldier who was killed in the battle which took place there.
