Arthur encontra Brother Dorkins em Saint Denis, enquanto o monge recolhe doações para a igreja. Dê Arthur dinheiro ou não, Dorkins pede ajuda com uma questão mais urgente. Ele suspeita que uma loja local esconda crianças traficadas das ilhas espanholas e manda Arthur investigar. Arthur segue pela cidade até a loja, onde o proprietário o recebe, mas fica inquieto quando Arthur começa a examinar o lugar.
Arthur pode intimidar o proprietário até ele revelar onde os cativos estão. Caso contrário, ele percebe marcas no chão ao lado de uma estante e descobre sozinho a entrada escondida. - ◆Reverend Swanson can engage in a conversation with the player about Brother Dorkins at Shady Belle, which will change the standard Stranger icon on the map to "BD", as in "Brother Dorkins".
- ◆It is unknown why Claude Jarreau, the normal shopkeeper, is absent in this mission and replaced with a man he will later claim is his brother.
- ◆The player can open the cash register and can give the money to the two children, which will raise the player's honor. However, if the shopkeeper is robbed before freeing the children, the player will lose honor and will be unable to give them the money.
- ◆If the player pulls out their binoculars near the shopkeeper, he will react as if the player is holding a weapon. Putting the binoculars away then allows the player to access their actual weapons, which introduces various fail conditions.
- ◆On replay, a bug can occur where the shopkeeper doesn't spawn in.
- ◆Along with "Brothers and Sisters, One and All", this is one of only two Stranger missions where the player can get a Gold Medal for completing objectives.
- ◆During this mission, Brother Dorkins tells Arthur, "You have it in you, I can tell," a line that the latter remembers during "A Fork in the Road" if his Honor is high.
- ◆If the shop was robbed shortly before starting this quest, the shopkeeper will not be present.
