• ◆The conversation that John and Charles have about Arthur depends on what Arthur's Honor was. If Arthur's Honor was high, Charles says that Arthur "was a good man" and that his sickness gave him "some kind of understanding... what his life was really all about." Conversely, if Arthur died with low Honor (and if this mission is replayed by default regardless of his Honor), Charles says that Arthur "wasn't a good man" and that his sickness gave him "something to cling on to."
• ◆Additionally, Arthur's choice in either going back for the money or helping John to escape in the mission "Red Dead Redemption" is referenced by John in his conversation with Charles.
• ◆In regards to Arthur's death, Charles says: "He's where he would've wanted to be - on a pretty hillside, facing the evening sun", likely referencing the location of his grave.
• ◆There is an unused cutscene found in the PC files of the game, where John and Uncle were supposed to ride to Riggs Station and wait for the train instead of the final version where the game instantly switches to a cutscene of them riding a train.
• ◆The train ride cutscene features two different train assets. A Pacific Union Railroad train with an empty flatcar immediately following the locomotives appears on the first scene while a Southern and Eastern Railway train with its accompanying flatcar carrying a boiler appears upon arriving at Saint Denis.
• ◆For the fight, the player should bet on Charles to win. If they do, then the player will receive money at the end of the fight, whereas if they don’t, the player will not be rewarded with anything, effectively losing money.
• ◆During the fight, if John cheers Charles, he might shout "Pretend he's Micah", even though Charles was, at that point, unaware that Micah had betrayed the gang.
• ◆However, Charles did hate Micah for his racism.
• ◆This is the only epilogue mission where the player will gain a bounty.
• ◆During the shootout, the Italians use Mauser Pistols which surprises John, and Charles tells him about how invention moves quick. This doesn't make sense since the Mauser Pistol is purchasable during the main storyline in 1899.
• ◆Also, Angelo Bronte uses a Mauser Pistol as his personal sidearm.
• ◆Coincidentally, Charles happens to be named "Lone Wolf" as his ringname. Noshir Dalal, Charles' voice actor, would go on to do the English voice acting for the protagonist of Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice, whose name is also "Wolf". Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice was eventually released 5 months after the release of Red Dead Redemption 2.
• ◆When escaping Saint Denis with Charles, a remix of 'The Outlaw's Return' from Red Dead Redemption can be heard in the background. The original version of this song was used as the Blackwater Wanted theme in the first game.
• ◆After this mission, the player can encounter Daisy at the bar in Saint Denis as John Marston.
• ◆John will ask the barman or fence about "a boxer," but it was never mentioned on-screen before that Charles was a boxer. It's possible Uncle told John off-screen.
