يرد Franklin Clinton على اتصال من Lester Crest، الذي يكلّفه بعملية اغتيال أخرى. يحدد Lester هدفه بأنه Enzo Bonelli، مطور عقاري فاسد له صلات بالجريمة المنظمة. حصل Bonelli على أعمال بناء عبر الابتزاز والقتل وابتزاز العمالة، ويريد Lester التخلص منه لكي تستفيد Gold Coast Development. يحذر Lester من أن مخبره كشف الخطة، لذا يتوقع Bonelli المتاعب وقد عزز الحراسة.
يتوجه Franklin إلى موقع بناء Bonelli في Pillbox Hill، Los Santos. ينسحب Bonelli باتجاه السطح، حيث تنتظره مروحيته. يقاتل Franklin عبر الحراس المتمركزين في المستويات السفلية من المبنى غير المكتمل ويعثر على مصاعد البناء. يصعد عبر الموقع، متعاملا مع حماية مسلحة إضافية بينما يشق طريقه نحو السطح.
على السطح، يواجه Franklin حراس Bonelli المتبقين بينما يصعد Bonelli إلى مروحيته ويحاول الفرار. يُسقط Franklin المروحية، مما يقتل Bonelli، ثم يغادر موقع البناء بالمصعد أو بالمظلة. وما إن يبتعد عن المنطقة حتى يتصل Lester لتأكيد انتهاء المهمة ويقول إنه لن تتوفر عمليات اغتيال أخرى حتى يخف الاهتمام المحيط بموت Bonelli.

- ◆After pressing the button for each of the two elevators, Franklin will automatically reload his equipped weapon, even if the magazine was full.
- ◆If Franklin flies a helicopter to the construction site, he will only need to deal with Bonelli and his bodyguards on that part of the site.
- ◆If Franklin flies a helicopter to the construction site, and then, flies to a nearby helipad and takes out Bonelli's chopper there, he will call Lester immediately thereafter.
- ◆In the original version, Franklin will hang up the pay phone while Lester tells him that Bonelli will have a lot of muscle. In the enhanced version, however, he will wait until Lester is finished speaking before hanging up.
- ◆This mission is somewhat similar to Deconstruction for Beginners in GTA IV, due to both being located in construction areas and both involving a large shootout with mafia associates.
