In Shady Belle sitzt Arthur Morgan mit Mary-Beth Gaskill zusammen und unterhält sich beim Rauchen mit ihr. Susan Grimshaw platzt mit dringenden Neuigkeiten herein: Die Foreman Brothers haben Tilly Jackson zu Radley's House gebracht. Tilly war früher mit der Gang unterwegs und tötete einen ihrer Männer, als sie sich verteidigte, weshalb die Foremans hinter ihr her sind. Susan bewaffnet sich, nimmt Arthur in einem Wagen mit und fährt mit ihm durch Scarlett Meadows in Lemoyne.
Bei Radley's House nähert sich Susan dem einzelnen Wachmann und täuscht ihn lange genug, um nahe an ihn heranzukommen. Sie tötet ihn mit ihrem Messer und schickt Arthur ins Haus. Arthur erledigt die Männer im Haus und findet Tilly, die in einem Schlafzimmer an einen Stuhl gefesselt ist. Nachdem er sie losgeschnitten hat, nennt Tilly Anthony Foreman als den Mann hinter ihrer Entführung und sagt, dass er mit mehreren anderen auf die Jagd gegangen ist.
Arthur öffnet die Hintertür, gerade als Anthony und zwei Foreman Brothers davonreiten. Tilly bittet darum, Anthony lebend zurückzubringen, damit sie ihm gegenübertreten kann. Arthur und Susan nehmen Pferde und verfolgen die fliehenden Männer über das Land. Die beiden begleitenden Gangmitglieder werden während der Verfolgung getötet, während Arthur Anthony mit seinem Lasso fängt und ihn zu Radley's House zurückbringt. Susan nimmt Anthonys Pferd.
Tilly und Susan stellen Anthony bei dem Haus zur Rede. Sie verlangen, dass er Tilly in Ruhe lässt, und Anthony willigt ein, als Arthur ihm droht. Susan überlässt Arthur die Entscheidung über Anthonys Leben und bringt Tilly dann zurück in Richtung Shady Belle. Arthur kann Anthony entweder töten oder ihn bei Radley's House am Leben lassen.

- ◆At the beginning of the mission, Arthur may talk to Mary-Beth about Mary Linton and the way things were going between them; in response, Mary-Beth says, "Well, she was a fool then, Arthur", a line he later remembers during "A Fork in the Road" if his Honor is high.
- ◆If the player chooses to kill Anthony Foreman at the end of the mission, his bounty won't be available in the Epilogue.
- ◆If the mission is failed and the player retries the checkpoint, the Leopard Appaloosa may be replaced with the Blanket coat variant.
- ◆The dialogue between Arthur and Susan during the ride to Radley's House varies depending on whether the player has completed "Angelo Bronte, A Man of Honor". If the player does this mission after saving Jack, Susan will make no mention of Jack, but remark that Kieran Duffy has not been seen for a while. If doing this mission before saving Jack, no mention of Kieran is made and instead, Susan will point out that, considering that first Jack and now Tilly have been kidnapped, the gang has recently sustained quite some damage through the kidnappings.
