Player notes

At Shady Belle, Arthur Morgan sits with Mary-Beth Gaskill and talks with her over a smoke. Susan Grimshaw breaks in with urgent news: the Foreman Brothers have taken Tilly Jackson to Radley's House. Tilly once rode with the gang and killed one of its men while defending herself, leaving the Foremans after her. Susan arms herself, brings Arthur into a wagon, and drives with him through Scarlett Meadows in Lemoyne.

At Radley's House, Susan approaches the lone guard and deceives him long enough to get close. She kills him with her knife and sends Arthur inside. Arthur deals with the men in the house and finds Tilly bound to a chair in a bedroom. After he cuts her free, Tilly identifies Anthony Foreman as the man behind her abduction and says he has gone hunting with several others.

Arthur opens the rear door just as Anthony and two Foreman Brothers ride away. Tilly asks that Anthony be brought back alive so she can face him. Arthur and Susan take horses and pursue the fleeing men across the countryside. The two accompanying gang members are killed during the chase, while Arthur catches Anthony with his lasso and carries him back to Radley's House. Susan takes Anthony's horse.

Tilly and Susan confront Anthony at the house. They demand that he leave Tilly alone, and Anthony agrees when Arthur threatens him. Susan leaves the decision over Anthony's life to Arthur, then takes Tilly back toward Shady Belle. Arthur either kills Anthony or lets him live at Radley's House.

Trivia

  • โ—†At the beginning of the mission, Arthur may talk to Mary-Beth about Mary Linton and the way things were going between them; in response, Mary-Beth says, "Well, she was a fool then, Arthur", a line he later remembers during "A Fork in the Road" if his Honor is high.
  • โ—†If the player chooses to kill Anthony Foreman at the end of the mission, his bounty won't be available in the Epilogue.
  • โ—†If the mission is failed and the player retries the checkpoint, the Leopard Appaloosa may be replaced with the Blanket coat variant.
  • โ—†The dialogue between Arthur and Susan during the ride to Radley's House varies depending on whether the player has completed "Angelo Bronte, A Man of Honor". If the player does this mission after saving Jack, Susan will make no mention of Jack, but remark that Kieran Duffy has not been seen for a while. If doing this mission before saving Jack, no mention of Kieran is made and instead, Susan will point out that, considering that first Jack and now Tilly have been kidnapped, the gang has recently sustained quite some damage through the kidnappings.
