Das B.D. & Co. Bolt Action Rifle ist ein Gewehr mit fünf Schuss in Red Dead Redemption 2 und Red Dead Online. Sein Repetiermechanismus ist auf schnelle Schüsse und Nachladevorgänge ausgelegt, wodurch es in unterschiedlichen Umgebungen vielseitig einsetzbar ist. Es verwendet Rifle Ammo, darunter Regular-, High Velocity-, Split Point-, Express- und Explosive-Patronen.

Arthur erhält das Gewehr während "Preaching Forgiveness as He Went" in Chapter 3. Nach Abschluss dieser Mission verkaufen es alle Büchsenmacher für 180 $. Es kann auch früher in Chapter 2 während "The First Shall Be Last" genommen werden, wenn Arthur und Javier sich dem Lager der Bounty Hunter nähern, nachdem Trelawny zwei Männer abgelenkt hat. Einer der ersten Kopfgeldjäger im Tal kann es fallen lassen, wenn Arthur ihn tötet, bevor die beiden alarmiert werden.

Sheriff Curtis Malloy kann ein Bolt Action Rifle tragen, wenn Valentine unter Beschuss steht oder Arthur dort gesucht wird. Auch Gesetzeshüter bei öffentlichen Hinrichtungen in Valentine und Saint Denis können eines tragen. In Red Dead Online verkaufen alle Büchsenmacher das Gewehr. Sein schneller Repetiermechanismus und die Kapazität von fünf Schuss machen es für Gefechte auf große Distanz gegen mehrere Ziele geeignet.

◆This weapon is based on the real world Krag-Jørgensen.
◆Unlike in real life, the Bolt Action Rifle is not used by United States Army in-game despite the Krag being the standard service rifle of the US Army from 1892 to 1903. It is only used by the U.S. Army guarding the train in "Our Best Selves".
◆Unlike the Red Dead Redemption version, which is incorrectly shown being reloaded with charger clips, this version is more accurately reloaded one round at a time through the side-mounted loading gate, the Krag being generally incompatible with charger clips, except a few rare experimental guns (The Norwegian Krags were able to use en-bloc clips).
◆The Bolt Action Rifle resembles more of a Karabiner 98k further down the barrel, instead of tapering like the Krag.
◆With a scope attached, this rifle becomes a good substitute for the Carcano Rifle.
◆A custom version of this weapon is frequently used by Bill Williamson, the only difference being the blued steel components are browned steel, possibly indicating that Bill's rifle is old and worn down.
◆While unconfirmed, this could indicate Bill's rifle was the rifle issued to him in the Army, and he refused to turn it in when being discharged.
