Daewang

Daewang is a Korean electronics company. Its first recorded Grand Theft Auto appearance is in The Definitive Edition of Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, where its name appears on a fax machine. That appearance belongs to the Definitive Edition version rather than the original San Andreas continuity, so it is treated as non-canon to that game.

Daewang is set to appear in Grand Theft Auto VI. Public material identifies it as a manufacturer of electronics, but does not provide a broader account of its operations, staff or ownership. Rockstar's released footage places Daewang-branded merchandise at the entrance to Uncle Jack's Liquor, where the brand is visible at the 1:16 mark of the first trailer.

The released material does not connect Daewang to any named character or story event in Grand Theft Auto VI. Its presence is limited to the branded electronics merchandise shown outside Uncle Jack's Liquor. Daewang remains an active business in the game's publicly released material.
