The logo appears briefly on a pylon sign at a shopping mall in Waning Sands. It is visible in the first trailer at around 1:00, beside logos for other brands that appear to be high-end.

No released trailer, official screenshot or Extended Look material specifies what Skala sells or does. The name "Skala" translates as "scale" in various languages.
