Andrés de León first appears in Grand Theft Auto VI's Extended Look when he arrives in Leonida by private jet. Jason Duval and Lucia Caminos meet him after being assigned as his private security. Andrés is connected to Megamundo, whose new headquarters is its first corporate headquarters on American soil.
Jason and Lucia accompany Andrés to the opening party at Megamundo's headquarters. While the party continues elsewhere in the building, Andrés goes to a conference room and meets with several associates. Jason and Lucia remain responsible for his protection during the event.
Armed men in hazard masks and white overalls attack the headquarters. They capture Andrés during the assault. Jason fights through the building in an effort to reach him.
