Jack Howitzer

Jack Howitzer is an actor and television personality voiced by Randy Pearlstein. He says he appeared in more than 40 films before going to prison. His earliest known film is 1984's Loincloth, followed during the 1980s by Exploder: Evacuator Part II. He plays a war hero in Evacuator, the role for which he is best known. As his popularity falls late in that decade, his work slows, though he later releases the 1990s film Special Needs Cop.

A Weazel News report says Howitzer shoots a radio host in the early 1990s and serves 15 years in prison. He is paroled by 2008, when reports say he is due to receive a reality show. Between then and 2013, he is convicted again after an incident involving aggressive driving and a police chase. By 2013, he has left Bolingbroke Penitentiary and remains fixated on the 1980s and early 1990s.

Howitzer lives in a room at The Motor Motel on U.S. Route 68 in Harmony while cameras follow him for his reality show. He relies on the sock puppet Ho Chi Sock and is managed by talent agent Rufus Bellows, who tries to prevent impulsive acts while proposing a comeback film. Rufus also has him open Lifeinvader and Bleeter accounts. After Moe Chinpoko mocks him online, Howitzer burns down Moe's Mirror Park house. Reruns of his show continue on television in Grand Theft Auto Online. In footage officially released for Grand Theft Auto VI, a copy of Exploder: Evacuator Part II is sold in a 24/7 store.
