La Perle

La Perle is a neighborhood in Vice City, Leonida. It is primarily home to Haitian immigrant residents, as well as people from elsewhere in the Caribbean. Its name comes from "La Perle des Antilles," the French colonial nickname for Haiti, meaning "The Pearl of the Antilles."

Official footage shows dirt bikers travelling along a residential street in La Perle. In another scene, Jason Duval drives past a derelict warehouse whose Haitian-themed mural carries the neighborhood's name. An elevated rail line runs above Vice-Dale County Road 561 nearby.

La Perle includes the La Perle Caribbean Market and the Haitian-American Cultural Center. Jeudy's Food Depot and Simon's Tires operate in the neighborhood. An auto shop and the derelict warehouse also appear in official material, with two gangsters shown at the auto shop in an official screenshot.
