Ocean View Hotel

The Ocean View Hotel is a hotel due to appear in Leonida. It stands on an unnamed Vice Beach road inspired by Ocean Drive.

The hotel first appears at 0:33 in the first trailer. The second trailer shows its outdoor bar and pool area more closely. It also appears in official Vice City and Raul Bautista screenshots, and in Real Dimez artwork.

The building is based on a real hotel. The outdoor bar attached to its ground floor is a rendition of the bar at the Clevelander Hotel, which also operates as a poolside bar.
