Shorefront Building

The Shorefront Building is an unnamed office building in Downtown Vice City, Vice-Dale County. It is occupied by Shorefront and is due to appear in Grand Theft Auto VI. Public material does not give the building another name or identify any interior spaces.

Its upper section is visible in the second trailer. The shot takes place while Lucia fights a woman inside the open cargo hold of a jet, with Downtown Vice City spread out beneath them. The building is among the high-rises seen below the aircraft.

A logo near the top of the building closely resembles the Shorefront logo shown in the September 2022 GTA VI leaks. The available material describes the building as seemingly modelled on a real-world building, formerly called Miami Center, without publicly identifying its in-game address or role beyond its Shorefront occupancy.
