Venture Apartments

Venture Apartments is an apartment complex in the Rockridge neighbourhood of Vice City, Leonida. The development consists of two mid-rise towers, one pink and one beige. Its name appears on signs at the top of the beige building and at the front of the pink building, identifying the complex from both sides of the property.

The complex was visible in material from the September 2022 GTA VI leaks before Rockstar officially showed it. Its first official appearance comes in the second trailer for Grand Theft Auto VI. The trailer places Venture Apartments among the locations shown in Vice City, with the two coloured buildings and their Venture Apartments signage establishing the setting.

At 1:44 in the second trailer, Lucia Caminos escapes police pursuit at Venture Apartments. She jumps from a third-storey window in one of the towers while officers are after her. The footage remains the official view of the complex and its role in the publicly released material.
