Alpha

The Albany Alpha is a two-door Sports grand tourer with room for two occupants. It joins Grand Theft Auto V and Grand Theft Auto Online in The Business Update, continuing the Alpha name from the earlier Grand Theft Auto title. Albany gives the coupé a larger, more luxury-oriented body than its predecessor. In GTA Online, Legendary Motorsport lists it at $150,000 before its removal from the website in the enhanced versions through the San Andreas Mercenaries update.

Its curved nose carries three lower intakes and a broad chrome-trimmed grille, split around an Albany badge. Vertically arranged circular lamps sit at either side, above LED-like strips. Two lines run from the grille over the hood toward the A-pillars. The cabin uses the SuperGT interior shared with the Rapid GT and F620. Primary paint covers much of the body and interior stitching, while the rear bumper's lower section uses the secondary colour.

A 4.3-litre V8 rated at 500 hp drives the rear wheels. The Alpha has a high top speed, strong braking and smooth handling, though its weight and wheelspin make launches slower than its acceleration suggests. It can oversteer in fast corners. In Grand Theft Auto V, it appears around Los Santos, particularly Rockford Hills, and can be stored by each protagonist. In GTA Online, it can also be chosen for Vehicle Cargo or requested for Exotic Exports.
