BMX

In Grand Theft Auto V, the PED Cycles BMX is a single-seat bicycle sold by Pedal and Metal Cycles for $500. Its compact frame and small wheels distinguish it from the larger bicycles available in Los Santos. The model has one brake lever on the right handlebar, with no bell or light. Although its description refers to pegs, none are fitted to the in-game bicycle. Its frame appears in several primary colours.

The BMX is lighter and more agile than the Cruiser, and its size suits bunny hops and wheelies, though it trails the race bikes and the Scorcher for speed. It can be damaged in hard collisions, which may dismount its wheels. BMXs appear in Chamberlain Hills and around Grove Street, where Families members and Ballas may ride them, as well as at skate areas in Vespucci Beach, the BJ Smith Recreational Center and Broker Park. Cyclists also use them at Redwood Lights Track in the evening.

In Grand Theft Auto Online, Pedal and Metal Cycles lists the BMX for $800, while examples still rarely occur at the same free-roam sites. It is used by gang members in several activities, and a purple BMX appears during Investigation: The Ballas. A lime-green example sits inside The Freakshop. In Grand Theft Auto VI's second trailer, a missing poster showing a grey BMX is briefly visible on a bulletin board in the lobby of a Vice City apartment complex.
