The unnamed Vapid ghost police car appears in Grand Theft Auto VI's second trailer. At 0:45, it is parked beside a Police Cruiser on a Vice City road, where police are attending an unspecified situation. The vehicle is a full-size four-door sedan, and its shape combines features associated with the first and second generations of the recurring Police Cruiser.

Its Vice City Police Department markings use retroreflective material rather than being plainly visible at all times. When headlights strike the body from the right angle, the department logo and stripe pattern emerge and shine gold. Red and blue lights are fitted inside the cabin above the windshield.
