- โAfter the hideout has been completed, the player can return to Nosalida and replay the mission. Arsenio will be waiting in the same spot he was found previously, albeit with different opening dialogue.
- โShooting his hat off will reveal he is bald. His last name may be poking fun at this.
- โArsenio is addressed as "General" by his soldiers during the hideout, even though his actual rank is never actually confirmed. Whether this is a simple mistake or Arsenio showing his vanity is unclear.
- โIn addition to continuing to handle the Nightwatch job in Chuparosa after "An Appointed Time", Arsenio may join other former soldiers in pursuing the player if they attain a bounty of $1,000 or higher and will fire on sight.
- โDuring "An Appointed Time", he is shown to be among the Army personnel defending Escalera and executing captured rebels.
