- โAfter the interaction with him, Phillip can be killed without failing the mission. However, the player will lose Honor unless they have the bandana equipped.
- โPhillip may be attacked by wolves. If he survives, he may begin shooting at the player.
- โPhillip has a very similar face to Wesley Hubbard, a lawman who is usually found in West Elizabeth. In addition, his outfit is the same as the one worn by Mel Thaxton, albeit recolored.
- โA glitch may occur where Phillip will attack Jack after he kills Edgar Ross when returning to the area he can be encountered.
