Originally earned by completing the Social Club Challenge named below.
What it does
Resets the player's Dead Eye ability to level 3 (the maximum for this cheat), which enables target-painting with RB/R1.
How to unlock it
Reward for the Fort Mercer Challenge: kill 10 enemies with a shotgun, hogtie 4 prostitutes, and disarm the 3 gang leaders. Only playable after completing 'The Assault on Fort Mercer' mission. Guides for the PS4, Switch and PC releases list it as unlocked from the start.

There is no phrase to type for this one. Once it is unlocked it appears in the Cheats list, where it is switched on and off.
Saving and trophies
Can I save the game with a cheat active?
No. Enabling a code stops that file from saving, permanently, even after you switch the cheat off. Reload a save made before you used it.
Do cheats disable achievements and trophies?
Yes, and for good on that save file. The game warns that enabling a code permanently prevents saving and trophies. Switching the cheat off does not undo it, so load a save from before you used any cheat.
