- โAlthough the game calls this horse brown, its flaxen mane suggests that it is actually flaxen chestnut in color. It looks very similar to the Quarter Horse.
- โWelsh Mountains are in real life fairly small, though they come in four size categories - category A, category B, pony of cob type and cob. The game equivalent is most likely the fourth category, cob, as that is the largest, ranging from 13.2hh with no upper height limit.
- โAt a far sight at night, the Welsh Mountain can be sometimes mistaken for a Quarter Horse due to its brown color pattern and sometimes its flaxen mane and tail.
