What it does
Instantly equips a heavier loadout: Mauser Pistol, Bolt-Action Rifle, Semi-Automatic Pistol, and Pump-Action Shotgun.
How to unlock it
Saint Denis Times #46 or Blackwater Ledger #65
That newspaper issue has to be in your satchel when you type the phrase. The New Hanover Gazette sells in Valentine and Annesburg, the Saint Denis Times in Saint Denis and Rhodes, and the Blackwater Ledger in Blackwater and Strawberry.

Capital letters do not matter, but commas, full stops and question marks do. The menu is the same on PS4, Xbox One and PC.
Saving and trophies
Can I save the game with a cheat active?
No. The moment a cheat is switched on, manual saves and autosaves stop for that session, and switching it off again is not a reliable way back. Reload a save made before the cheat.
Do cheats disable achievements and trophies?
Yes. Switching any cheat on disables Trophies and Achievements for the rest of that session. Unlocking a phrase without switching it on costs nothing. Load a save from before the cheat to earn them again.
