En Clemens Point, Arthur Morgan acompaña a Kieran Duffy en una jornada de pesca. Ambos montan a caballo y salen juntos del campamento, siguiendo los caminos de Lemoyne hasta Radley's Pasture. Kieran guía a Arthur a la orilla de Flat Iron Lake, donde desmontan y se instalan junto al agua con sus cañas de pescar.
Arthur y Kieran pescan junto al lago hasta que un nadador desnudo aparece de pronto cerca de ellos. El hombre les habla de un pez gigantesco que vive en el lago, el Legendary Bluegill. Si Arthur lo recibe con calma, el nadador les señala dónde encontrarlo. Si Arthur lo echa, Kieran lleva por su cuenta a Arthur al otro lugar de pesca.
Los dos cabalgan por la orilla hasta el punto relacionado con el pez gigante y vuelven a pescar. Arthur prueba suerte en las aguas de Radley's Pasture, donde puede encontrarse el Legendary Bluegill. Cuando Arthur lo captura, o cuando transcurre un tiempo sin conseguirlo, Kieran monta y regresa hacia Clemens Point, dejando a Arthur en Radley's Pasture.

Curiosidades
- ◆Arthur can have a second interaction with the nude swimmer if he returns to exactly the same spot where he and Kieran saw this fellow before and starts fishing - the nude swimmer will appear again swimming in the lake, then he will come out of the water and tell Arthur about another unusually large fish. This gives the player an opportunity to catch probably the rarest fish in the game - giant largemouth bass which swims around exactly the same area where the Legendary Bluegill was caught (it's not the Legendary Largemouth Bass that can be found only in the Epilogue in a different place, but simply a gigantic largemouth bass that sells for the same value as the regular one). It is possible to see and kill that fish immediately after the player catches the Legendary Bluegill, even without the second interaction with the nude swimmer, but it's not clear if it can be caught with a fishing pole without this interaction.
- ◆The nude swimmer will only tell Arthur and Kieran about the Legendary Bluegill if the player chooses to greet him after his sudden appearance. If the player chooses to antagonize him, he will simply wish them good day, and Kieran will take the player to the other fishing spot himself.
