À Clemens Point, Arthur Morgan rejoint Kieran Duffy pour une partie de pêche. Ils enfourchent leurs chevaux et quittent le camp ensemble, suivant la piste vers le sud à travers Lemoyne en direction de Radley's Pasture. Kieran guide Arthur jusqu'à la rive de Flat Iron Lake, où ils mettent pied à terre et s'installent près de l'eau avec leurs cannes à pêche.
Arthur et Kieran pêchent le long du lac jusqu'à ce qu'un nageur nu apparaisse soudainement dans l'eau non loin d'eux. L'homme leur parle d'un poisson inhabituellement gros vivant dans le lac, le Legendary Bluegill. Si Arthur l'accueille calmement, le nageur lui indique où il peut être trouvé. Si Arthur le chasse, Kieran emmène lui-même Arthur jusqu'à l'autre lieu de pêche.
Les deux hommes longent la rive à cheval jusqu'à l'endroit associé au poisson géant et recommencent à pêcher. Arthur tente sa chance dans les eaux au large de Radley's Pasture, où se trouve notamment le Legendary Bluegill. Une fois qu'Arthur l'a attrapé, ou qu'un certain temps s'est écoulé sans prise, Kieran enfourche son cheval et repart vers Clemens Point, laissant Arthur à Radley's Pasture.

Anecdotes
- ◆Arthur can have a second interaction with the nude swimmer if he returns to exactly the same spot where he and Kieran saw this fellow before and starts fishing - the nude swimmer will appear again swimming in the lake, then he will come out of the water and tell Arthur about another unusually large fish. This gives the player an opportunity to catch probably the rarest fish in the game - giant largemouth bass which swims around exactly the same area where the Legendary Bluegill was caught (it's not the Legendary Largemouth Bass that can be found only in the Epilogue in a different place, but simply a gigantic largemouth bass that sells for the same value as the regular one). It is possible to see and kill that fish immediately after the player catches the Legendary Bluegill, even without the second interaction with the nude swimmer, but it's not clear if it can be caught with a fishing pole without this interaction.
- ◆The nude swimmer will only tell Arthur and Kieran about the Legendary Bluegill if the player chooses to greet him after his sudden appearance. If the player chooses to antagonize him, he will simply wish them good day, and Kieran will take the player to the other fishing spot himself.
