Michael arrive à Grapeseed pour rencontrer Marnie Allen de l'Epsilon Program. Marnie l'appelle "Zolag" et parle de sa propre identité, de ce qu'elle a fait, ainsi que des membres d'Epsilon parmi les acteurs et les musiciens. Michael rejette ses affirmations et commence à partir. Marnie lui dit qu'Epsilon a besoin de voitures et que les esprits le contacteront avec les détails.
Après avoir quitté Grapeseed, Michael reçoit un e-mail de Marnie lui indiquant les exigences d'Epsilon. Il obtient une Pegassi Vacca, une Benefactor Surano, une Declasse Tornado, une Enus Super Diamond et une Dinka Double T, puis livre chaque véhicule à la maison Epsilon sur Hillcrest Ridge Access Road, dans Vinewood Hills.
Une fois les cinq véhicules à la maison, Marnie envoie un autre e-mail à Michael pour confirmer les livraisons. Un nouveau symbole Epsilon apparaît et le dirige vers la prochaine étape du programme.

- ◆Although the player can get the cars in the specified locations, they can also deliver one that has been procured through other means (such as purchasing the vehicles in Vehicle Websites, by random spawning, or, in the case of the Vacca, obtaining it in the missions it spawns in).
- ◆It is also recommended if four of the vehicles have been obtained and stored inside Michael's Vinewood Hills garage before this mission in order to save driving time.
- ◆There is a rare glitch on the Xbox One version where the Surano will always spawn, but the mission will not trigger when Michael gets in it and the vehicle is unable to be delivered to the garage.
- ◆Due to the fact that there is no known fix to this bug, this mission can't be completed and the other Epsilon Program missions will be unplayable.
