L'FIB ha bisogno di un grande Tow Truck per i preparativi di Blitz Play. La missione segue Michael De Santa, Trevor Philips o Franklin Clinton, a seconda di chi accetta l'incarico. L'uomo scelto si dirige verso un'officina a La Puerta, vicino ad Autopia Parkway, dove il camion richiesto è parcheggiato accanto all'auto di un meccanico.
Un meccanico lavora sull'auto accanto al Tow Truck mentre il protagonista si avvicina. Può affrontarlo o ignorarlo prima di prendere il camion dall'officina. Una volta al volante, il protagonista porta il pesante veicolo fuori verso Los Santos e fa rotta per il deposito dell'FIB a El Burro Heights.
Il Tow Truck viene guidato attraverso la città fino a El Burro Heights e portato nel lotto dell'FIB. Il protagonista lascia lì il camion, completando questa parte dei preparativi per Blitz Play.

Curiosità
- ◆This mission can be skipped if Franklin completes Pulling One Last Favor beforehand, as he will get the tow truck for free when he buys the Impound Yard.
- ◆If this mission is available by the time Franklin does Grass Roots - The Drag, upon successfully delivering the stash vehicle to Barry's apartment, this mission will activate. Franklin will just have to deliver the Tow Truck to the FIB lot; he won't have to worry about stealing a tow truck.
- ◆If the player manages to tow the mechanic's car with him in it, he will have unique voice lines such as "Towed with my own tow truck!" and "Very funny! Put me down!"
