Le FIB a besoin d'un grand Tow Truck pour les préparatifs de Blitz Play. La mission suit Michael De Santa, Trevor Philips ou Franklin Clinton, selon celui qui accepte le travail. L'homme choisi se rend dans un atelier de réparation à La Puerta, près d'Autopia Parkway, où le camion requis est garé à côté de la voiture d'un mécanicien.
Un mécanicien travaille sur la voiture à côté du Tow Truck lorsque le protagoniste approche. Il peut être confronté ou ignoré avant que le camion ne soit pris dans l'atelier. Une fois au volant, le protagoniste fait sortir le lourd véhicule dans Los Santos et prend la direction du dépôt de stockage du FIB à El Burro Heights.
Le Tow Truck est conduit à travers la ville jusqu'à El Burro Heights et amené dans le dépôt du FIB. Le protagoniste y laisse le camion, achevant cette partie des préparatifs de Blitz Play.

Anecdotes
- ◆This mission can be skipped if Franklin completes Pulling One Last Favor beforehand, as he will get the tow truck for free when he buys the Impound Yard.
- ◆If this mission is available by the time Franklin does Grass Roots - The Drag, upon successfully delivering the stash vehicle to Barry's apartment, this mission will activate. Franklin will just have to deliver the Tow Truck to the FIB lot; he won't have to worry about stealing a tow truck.
- ◆If the player manages to tow the mechanic's car with him in it, he will have unique voice lines such as "Towed with my own tow truck!" and "Very funny! Put me down!"
