Dopo aver fotografato Poppy Mitchell e Princess Georgina, Franklin si reca al The Generic Hotel su Eclipse Boulevard, a West Vinewood, per riscuotere il denaro che Beverly Felton gli deve. Beverly si trova fuori dall'hotel con la sua troupe, intento a filmare materiale per il suo reality show. Franklin lo avvicina aspettandosi di essere pagato per le fotografie delle celebrità.
Beverly ha perso interesse per le foto ottenute da Franklin. La sua attenzione resta rivolta alla telecamera e al programma che sta realizzando, mentre liquida il lavoro di Franklin e si rifiuta di pagarlo. Franklin si infuria quando Beverly cerca di mandarlo via, così che le riprese possano continuare fuori dal The Generic Hotel.
Franklin deve decidere cosa accadrà a Beverly. Può uccidere il paparazzo, oppure lasciare Beverly e la sua troupe a West Vinewood. L'incontro termina quando Franklin compie questa scelta.

- ◆The fact that the objective to get the gold medal in this mission requires the player to kill Beverly and his crew could suggest that they are canonically supposed to die in this mission.
- ◆If the player kills Beverly before he gets in his car, they can collect $2,000 from his body.
- ◆The player usually can also get up to $50 from the bodies of Beverly's crew as well.
- ◆The player can steal Beverly's car without killing him, resulting in Franklin saying, "I'm taking this as a fucking payment!" and Beverly giving chase. Franklin will receive a two-star wanted level upon doing this. However, stealing the car after killing Beverly and the crew will not result in a wanted level.
- ◆If Franklin decides to kill Beverly while on foot, he will say, "One way or another, motherfucker, I'm getting paid!"
