Trevor si avvicina a due soldati intenti a riparare un Canis Crusader sulla Route 68 a Tongva Hills, fuori da Fort Zancudo. I due lo scambiano per un turista e iniziano a prendere in giro i canadesi. Le loro battute fanno rapidamente infuriare Trevor. Prende un Grenade Launcher dal camion militare accanto a loro, trasformando l'incontro sul ciglio della strada in un'altra Rampage.

I soldati attaccano Trevor dalla strada e dalle colline circostanti a bordo di Canis Crusaders e camion HVY Barracks. Lui risponde al loro assalto con le granate, mentre i veicoli militari cercano di spingerlo fuori strada. Le esplosioni travolgono le truppe in avanzata e i loro trasporti, mentre Trevor mantiene la posizione vicino al Crusader in panne.

I carri Rhino si uniscono all'attacco, portando il fuoco dei cannoni sul tratto di Route 68. Curiosità

◆In addition to the default weapon, Trevor is given 25 grenades, which he can use to destroy vehicles. Only Rampage Four includes an Assault Rifle as a secondary weapon.
◆If there are any active grenades on the ground when the timer expires, they will disappear without exploding.
◆When a rampage ends, the targets of the rampage will immediately cease attacking and flee the area scared, including the Marines in rampage four. There are usually no further consequences, such as gaining a wanted level, once the rampage mission ends, gameplay will resume as normal.
◆Two rampages have some special vehicles:
◆In the fourth rampage, a topless Crusader can be obtained as long as the player doesn't destroy it.
◆After completing the fifth Rampage, the Fixter bicycle will spawn, which is the only way to get it.
◆Due to a glitch, even if a weapon has a silencer (seen also in cutscenes), when the rampage starts, the silencer disappears. Once the rampage ends, the silencer will be back.
◆With every fifth enemy the player kills, an eerie, wailing cry will be heard. These "wails" are actually re-used sound files from the DLC for Red Dead Redemption.
◆Headshots also trigger a special sound effect: a distorted guitar strum.
