Il Nagasaki Buzzard Attack Chopper è un compatto elicottero leggero d'attacco a cinque pale, con posto per due persone. La fusoliera corta, il tettuccio a bolla, le ali corte, il vano posteriore scoperto e i pattini riprendono la configurazione di un elicottero leggero da osservazione adattato al combattimento. In Grand Theft Auto V e Grand Theft Auto Online, gli esemplari generati naturalmente appaiono in nero, anche se sono disponibili altri colori.
Il Buzzard Attack Chopper è dotato di due minigun e lanciarazzi azionati dal pilota. I suoi razzi possono agganciare veicoli della polizia e velivoli. L'elicottero viene impiegato da forze militari e dell'ordine, risultando adatto sia al supporto aereo armato sia agli spostamenti rapidi. Il suo profilo ridotto gli consente inoltre di atterrare in spazi ristretti, dove elicotteri più grandi incontrano maggiori difficoltà.
Può essere trovato alla base militare o sul tetto della struttura di ricerca governativa. Il Buzzard Attack Chopper costa $2,000,000. Rimane rapido e molto manovrabile rispetto agli altri elicotteri, raggiungendo circa 135 nodi, anche se perde quota alla massima velocità. I suoi pattini lo mantengono stabile sul terreno irregolare e non perde facilmente l'equilibrio durante l'atterraggio.

- ◆The name "Buzzard" may be a reference to the "Buzzard 1" callsign for the Police Maverick helicopter, heard during the GTA San Andreas mission, "Reuniting the Families".
- ◆The name may also be a reference to the AH/MH-6 Little Bird Attack Helicopter, as a Buzzard is a type of bird.
- ◆Despite the description saying it "hardly falls like a stone from the sky", ironically it is destroyed numerous times throughout the GTA V story.
- ◆Similar to the P-996 LAZER and Savage, when controlled by NPCs, the Buzzard Attack Chopper can move its miniguns in any direction, both vertically and laterally.
- ◆The cheat code used to spawn the Buzzard Attack Chopper is the same cheat used to spawn the Rhino tank in GTA Vice City and Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, with a few button modifications.
- ◆The front-mounted spotlight can be moved depending of where the player is looking, having a fast rotation speed. It is noticeable when switching to the cinematic camera, where the same device could keep its direction.
- ◆This is absent in the Enhanced version, although one can still see the spotlight moving when customizing the Buzzard Attack Chopper at the Hangar.
