La Hexer è una chopper biposto costruita da Liberty City Cycles a partire da una moto donatrice Steel Horse. La sua carrozzeria spoglia, in stile moderno-classico, adotta una forcella anteriore di tipo springer con dettagli gialli e un forcellone posteriore rigido. Il design si ispira alla CFL, in particolare all'inclinazione associata alla My Pillow Chopper di Orange County Chopper. Compare in tinte unite oppure con livree a strisce bianche e nere su telaio, serbatoio e parafango posteriore.
In Grand Theft Auto V, delle Hexer sono parcheggiate nei covi dei Lost MC a Stab City e su Bridge Street a East Vinewood, oltre che presso Hookies a North Chumash. I membri dei Lost MC talvolta le guidano sulla Great Ocean Highway e durante gli eventi casuali. Un esemplare bianco e nero compare al Dream View Motel di Paleto Bay. Terry Thorpe possiede una Hexer blu, mentre Clay Simons ne ha una viola.
La motocicletta è resistente nonostante la sua costruzione essenziale, ma l'ampio raggio di sterzata la rende meno agile di molte altre moto. La frenata è discreta e rimane controllabile ad alta velocità sulle strade dritte, dove può infilarsi nel traffico per una guida fluida e rapida. - ◆In The Ballad of Gay Tony, the Hexer shares the same horn sound with the Freeway from GTA IV and has a male GPS voice, while in The Lost and Damned, it has a unique horn sound and a female GPS voice. In GTA V, it shares the same horn sound as the Bagger and the PCJ-600.

- ◆Johnny's Hexer is actually blown up in Shifting Weight but is implied to be repaired by Clay Simons after.
