La Karin Sultan è una berlina sportiva a quattro porte e quattro posti in Grand Theft Auto V, presentata come una berlina di medie dimensioni. Il suo design riprende in gran parte quello di Grand Theft Auto IV, con uno stile da importazione giapponese. In V, il colore secondario della vernice ricopre il cofano, il tetto e il bagagliaio, mentre sottili strisce corrono lungo le fiancate. Di serie monta cerchi neri e ha interni le cui cuciture dei sedili e del volante si abbinano al colore principale della carrozzeria.
La Sultan utilizza la trazione integrale e rientra tra le auto a quattro porte più potenti del gioco. Velocità, accelerazione, aderenza e maneggevolezza sono sopra la media, rendendola valida su strada e capace di superare la maggior parte dei veicoli fuoristrada, soprattutto dopo le modifiche. Può tenere il passo della Kuruma, anche se entrambe restano dietro a gran parte della classe Sports. Le curve ad alta velocità provocano un certo sottosterzo e i freni impiegano tempo a rallentare l'auto, specialmente in curva.
La Sultan costa $12,000. Compare nel traffico e parcheggiata nei dintorni di Chamberlain Hills e Little Seoul, e talvolta può essere trovata accanto alla casa al centro del cul-de-sac di Grove Street. Può anche comparire guidata a Sandy Shores o parcheggiata fuori dal Vanilla Unicorn. In Grand Theft Auto Online, si trova comunemente a Harmony.

- ◆Sultan means "king" in various languages, etymologically rooted in Arabic, and is also the term for the head of state in various countries in history. The Sultan is most likely named as the "king" of the sedans, as it is the fastest sedan in the core games.
- ◆Furthermore, its name is a reference to one of its inspirations, the Toyota Altezza, as "altezza" means highness in Italian.
- ◆In GTA V, the Sultan can be modified to look like the Sultan RS (albeit with four doors and missing the side skirt exhaust). After the inclusion of the vehicle as part of the January 2016 Update, however, it can be upgraded into the actual Sultan RS instead.
- ◆The Sultan can also be modified to look like the Korean Mob Sultan TT from GTA IV.
- ◆These modifications include Custom Front Splitter, Titanium Tuner Exhaust, Double Vented Hood, Custom Skirts, and High Level Spoiler.
