The Karin Sultan is a four-door, four-seat sports sedan in Grand Theft Auto V, presented as a midsize saloon. Its design carries over largely unchanged from Grand Theft Auto IV, with Japanese import styling. In V, the secondary paint colour covers the bonnet, roof and boot, while slim stripes run along the sides. It has black wheels as standard and an interior whose seat and steering-wheel stitching matches the main body colour.
The Sultan uses all-wheel drive and ranks among the stronger four-door cars in the game. Its speed, acceleration, grip and handling are above average, making it capable on roads and able to outrun most off-road vehicles, particularly after upgrades. It can run closely with the Kuruma, though both trail much of the Sports class. High-speed corners bring some understeer, and its brakes take time to slow the car, especially while turning.
The Sultan costs $12,000. It appears in traffic and parked around Chamberlain Hills and Little Seoul, and can occasionally be found beside the house in the middle of Grove Street's cul-de-sac. It also turns up being driven in Sandy Shores or parked outside Vanilla Unicorn. In Grand Theft Auto Online, it is commonly found in Harmony.

- โSultan means "king" in various languages, etymologically rooted in Arabic, and is also the term for the head of state in various countries in history. The Sultan is most likely named as the "king" of the sedans, as it is the fastest sedan in the core games.
- โFurthermore, its name is a reference to one of its inspirations, the Toyota Altezza, as "altezza" means highness in Italian.
- โIn GTA V, the Sultan can be modified to look like the Sultan RS (albeit with four doors and missing the side skirt exhaust). After the inclusion of the vehicle as part of the January 2016 Update, however, it can be upgraded into the actual Sultan RS instead.
- โThe Sultan can also be modified to look like the Korean Mob Sultan TT from GTA IV.
- โThese modifications include Custom Front Splitter, Titanium Tuner Exhaust, Double Vented Hood, Custom Skirts, and High Level Spoiler.
- โOn the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 versions of GTA V, the player won't be able to put the camera in hood view while in a Sultan that has the carbon scooped hood modification applied.
