The Obey 9F is a two-door, two-seat Sports coupe in Grand Theft Auto V. Its body has a low aerodynamic profile, a broad grille and large front intakes, with carbon-fibre trim around the car. Two pairs of rear lights define the back end. Obey and 9F markings sit beneath the front trunk lid, while the primary paint covers the body and interior stitching and the secondary paint covers the rear greenhouse panels.

The 9F uses a rear-mounted, mid-engine all-wheel-drive layout, with power divided 20-80 from front to rear through a six-speed gearbox. Its engine note is forceful, and the enhanced version shares its sound with the Adder. The enhanced-version cabin uses the Super GT interior textures and instrument set also used by the Rapid GT and F620. An Obey emblem appears on the horn cap and passenger glove compartment.

In Grand Theft Auto V, Southern San Andreas Super Autos sells the 9F for $120,000. It commonly appears around Rockford Hills and Vinewood Hills, sometimes parked on Hawick Avenue in Hawick, and in the Vespucci Beach parking lot in Vespucci. In Grand Theft Auto Online, Legendary Motorsport sells it for the same price. It can appear in Richman, Rockford Hills, The Diamond Casino & Resort car park, and rarely Downtown Los Santos.
