Il Firework Launcher è un'arma pesante a colpo singolo in Grand Theft Auto V. Ricorda un lanciarazzi improvvisato assemblato con legno, cartone, tubi in PVC e pezzi di recupero, dotato di un fragile scudo antiesplosione di cartone con un mirino dipinto. Sul corpo compare un logo Freedom Fireworks. Invece di lanciare un convenzionale proiettile anticarro, spara un razzo pirotecnico che stride prima di esplodere in un tripudio di colori.
Nella versione originale di Grand Theft Auto V, Ammu-Nation vende il Firework Launcher per $65.000. Viene inoltre aggiunto all'inventario di Franklin dopo "Franklin and Lamar", con non più di due razzi a quel punto. In Grand Theft Auto Online, viene distribuito ai giocatori che accedono durante gli eventi Independence Day Special e Festive Surprise, ed è anche tornato in occasione di eventi festivi speciali.
I suoi razzi viaggiano alla stessa velocità di quelli del Rocket Launcher, ma si esauriscono prima e gli conferiscono una portata inferiore. Con danni pari a 45, precisione a 12, portata a 60 e una capacità di 10 colpi, è più debole dell'RPG e dei lanciatori montati sui veicoli. Un colpo diretto può uccidere un bersaglio, mentre quelli vicini vengono scaraventati indietro dalla sua esplosione più contenuta. Viene usato soprattutto per illuminare i cieli sopra Los Santos e Blaine County, anche se le sue esplosioni possono spaventare i pedoni, appiccare incendi e attirare un livello di sospetto.

- ◆When Gold Tint is applied to the Firework Launcher, the Firework itself appears to turn pink, most likely a sexual innuendo to a penis, a reference to Rockstar's crude humor. This is maybe a visual pun on the slang term for a penis, "Bazooka", which the Firework Launcher is partially based upon.
- ◆When firing the Firework Launcher at the sky, it will cause pedestrians to be terrified and flee, as it is still counted as a heavy weapon.
- ◆During Independence Day, the Firework Launcher fires white, red and blue colors by default, while at Christmas, it fires white, red and green colors by default.
- ◆The HUD icon appears to lack the "blast shield".
- ◆After The Criminal Enterprises update, ammo can be freely replenished for the launcher by buying "all" ammo from the interaction menu when on foot.
