Lo Sparrow è un piccolo uccello in Red Dead Redemption 2, rappresentato da American Tree Sparrow, Eurasian Tree Sparrow e Golden Crowned Sparrow. L'American Tree Sparrow è originario delle praterie di West Elizabeth e New Hanover. Anche l'Eurasian Tree Sparrow vive in queste praterie, mentre il Golden Crowned Sparrow si trova nelle zone più cespugliose.
Gli sparrow compaiono in quasi tutta la mappa, ma sono assenti da Gaptooth Ridge, Cholla Springs e Río Bravo. Sono rari a Hennigan's Stead e Grizzlies West. Le tre varietà sono onnivore: gli American Tree Sparrow mangiano bacche, semi e insetti; gli Eurasian Tree Sparrow mangiano semi, cereali e insetti; i Golden Crowned Sparrow si nutrono di insetti, larve, semi, bacche e fiori.
Essendo piccoli uccelli, gli sparrow possono essere abbattuti con un Bow e Small Game Arrows, ottenendo un'uccisione pulita. I loro ritrovamenti includono Sparrow Feather, Flight Feather, Gamey Bird Meat e Sparrow Carcass. Le piume di sparrow vengono usate nel crafting.

- ◆Both the golden-crowned sparrow and American tree sparrow have a model of another species, the lark sparrow (Chondestes grammacus), which is a species normally found in the "Wild West".
- ◆Eurasian tree sparrows are extremely rare even in the Midwest United States, where they are located. They are strictly found in parts of Missouri and Illinois. The common town species, the house sparrow (Passer domesticus), is not featured in RDR2.
