◆Farmer MacGuffin's surname is a term used in fiction for a plot device, often taking the form of an item or character, that serves no other purpose than to further the story - in this case, MacGuffin's daughter being the reason for the wholesale slaughter that follows.
◆His first name is not known and neither is his daughter's name.
◆Despite being the owner of the ranch, he is not seen in the "You Shall Not Give False Testimony, Except for Profit" mission.
