• ◆As with the mission "The First Shall Be Last", the player should not waste time in looting everything from the Cabin when the mission ends, as they will receive a WANTED status, prompting Lawmen to arrive and investigate. Instead, it is advised to loot the bodies and the hideout right before entering the cabin.
• ◆When the gang starts fighting, Bill can be seen using his custom Schofield Revolver. This is one of the only times Bill is ever seen using his sidearm in the game.
• ◆During the ride to Six Point Cabin, the player has the option to talk to either John or Bill. John will talk about Abigail, and Bill will talk about the previous bar fight in Valentine.
• ◆If neither option is chosen, John and Kieran will talk about how bad Kieran smells due to being tied up to a tree for a month. The topic of conversation will then shift to Colm killing Annabelle, John rebuking Kieran for riding with a "woman-killer", either forgetting or ignoring Dutch's recent murder of Heidi McCourt.
• ◆If Arthur sends Bill or John to execute an O'Driscoll instead of taking the lead himself, but proceeds to take a gang member out himself, they will make comments about the intervention.
• ◆Shooting any of the girls at the O'Driscoll camp will not result in an Honor loss.
• ◆The O'Driscolls found here are exclusive to the mission and cannot be seen if the player visits the hideout in free roam.
• ◆It is possible to acquire two of John's Cattleman Revolvers during the mission using a bug.
• ◆It is possible to get the Double-Barreled Shotgun before the mission by doing the Catfish Jacksons robbery or visiting the Hermit Woman. Various Murfree Brood members also drop it during some random encounters (woman in the back of a cart, 2 Murfrees looting a campsite, etc.) albeit in a worn state.
• ◆After this mission, Kieran will be reluctantly accepted into the gang. He will spend most of his time tending to the gang's horses.
• ◆During the ride to Six Point Cabin, Bill will tell Kieran that should he turn on the gang, he'll die but he'll "lose his balls first". This foreshadows how the O'Driscolls gouge Kieran's eyes out before killing him in Chapter 4.
• ◆According to IGN 's playthrough of the game a few months prior to its release, Kieran was originally going to be captured just before the mission. This would explain the plot discrepancy wherein Kieran happens to know Colm's exact location after being held hostage for nearly a month, and explains why the gang is so quick to move in and subsequently threaten to shoot Kieran for "setting them up".
