يلتقي Franklin بـ Beverly Felton خارج Gentry Manor Hotel في West Vinewood. يقول Beverly إن Poppy Mitchell موجودة في الداخل مع زميلها في التمثيل Justin، وإنه ينوي الحصول على لقطات تدين الممثلة. يقود Franklin عبر الفندق، مارا بالساحات ومتجها إلى موقع قرب الغرفة التي تمارس فيها Poppy وJustin الجنس. يسلم Beverly كاميرا إلى Franklin، فيصورهما سرا من مخبئه.

- ◆At difference with several male characters in game (Trevor Philips included), Justin does not have a penis model within his 3D character model, despite the fact that he's in an almost complete frontal nudity scene.
- ◆It is possible to watch the sex scene as soon as the Gentry Manor is infiltrated: instead of following Beverly where the Mexican maid is talking, just walk and jump the wall to the left. Getting too close to Poppy and Justin will cause the mission to fail, though. It is also possible to take a picture with Franklin's phone, but the images will appear out of focus when rendered.
- ◆At the end of Beverly's first mission, he tells Franklin to "come by the Manor next week". However, the player does not need to wait until next week, they must simply wait a day.
