يتصل Beverly Felton بـ Franklin Clinton حاملا معلومة من عالم أخبار المشاهير. يتوجه Franklin إلى Downtown Vinewood ويتصل بـ Beverly، في اللحظة التي تنطلق فيها Poppy Mitchell مسرعة بسيارة رياضية تتبعها دوريات الشرطة. يقول Beverly إن الممثلة يُعتقد أنها مخمورة ويريد دليلا على اعتقالها. ينضم Franklin إلى المطاردة، محافظا على Poppy والضباط الملاحقين ضمن مجال رؤيته بينما يغادرون Vinewood.
تمتد المطاردة عبر Vinewood Hills وصولا إلى Downtown Los Santos. تشق Poppy طريقها بسرعة عبر الشوارع والشرطة تلاحقها عن قرب، فيما يتابع Franklin المطاردة المتصاعدة لالتقاط صورة لصالح Beverly. قرب Los Santos Police Headquarters، تفقد Poppy السيطرة وتصطدم. تتوقف سيارتها المتضررة، لتنتهي المطاردة خارج مركز الشرطة.
تترنح Poppy وهي تخرج من الحطام، ويتحرك الضباط لاعتقالها. ينتظر Franklin في الموقع وقتا كافيا لالتقاط صورة لـ Poppy مع الشرطة، سواء كانت قد وُضعت الأصفاد في يديها أم لا. يرسل الصورة إلى Beverly، الذي يتلقاها ويطلب من Franklin الابتعاد قبل أن تحول الشرطة انتباهها إليه. يبقى Franklin خارج Los Santos Police Headquarters.
