Paparazzo - The Meltdown

Beverly Felton contacts Franklin Clinton with a tip from the celebrity grapevine. Franklin heads to Downtown Vinewood and calls Beverly, just as Poppy Mitchell tears past in a sports car with police cruisers behind her. Beverly says the actress is believed to be drunk and wants proof of the arrest. Franklin pulls into the pursuit, keeping Poppy and the pursuing officers in sight as they leave Vinewood.

The chase runs through Vinewood Hills and into Downtown Los Santos. Poppy races through the streets with the police close behind, while Franklin follows the unfolding pursuit for Beverly's photograph. Near Los Santos Police Headquarters, Poppy loses control and crashes. Her damaged car comes to a stop, ending the chase outside the police station.

Poppy climbs unsteadily from the wreck and the officers move in to arrest her. Franklin waits at the scene long enough to photograph Poppy with the police, whether she has been cuffed yet or not. He sends the image to Beverly, who receives the shot and tells Franklin to get away before the police turn their attention to him. Franklin remains outside Los Santos Police Headquarters.
