تُعد Coil Voltic رودستر كهربائية ببابين تتسع لشخصين، وتُصنّف ضمن مركبات Super رغم هيئتها المدمجة كسيارة رياضية. يستلهم تصميمها Lotus Elise وExige، إذ تؤثر Elise في خط السقف، بينما تؤثر Exige في معالجتها الخلفية ومظهرها الجانبي. تشبه مراياها تلك الموجودة في Audi R8. تحمل المقدمة المنخفضة ثلاث شبكات ومصابيح بيضاوية، فيما تنتشر فتحات تهوية في غطاء المحرك وجانبي الهيكل. وقد تظهر مكشوفة السقف أو بسقف صلب أو من ألياف الكربون.
يدفع المحرك الكهربائي العجلات الخلفية عبر ناقل حركة أحادي السرعة. تنطلق Voltic باستجابة استثنائية، وتتسارع بسرعة، ويمكنها الرجوع للخلف بالسرعة نفسها التي تسير بها إلى الأمام. كما تصعد المنحدرات الحادة بسهولة. إلا أن سرعتها القصوى ضعيفة مقارنة بسيارات Super الأخرى ومعظم السيارات الرياضية، وقد يجعلها طول قاعدة عجلاتها القصير غير مستقرة عند السرعات العالية. ينعطف هيكلها الخفيف بحدة، لكنه يُدفع جانباً بسهولة بفعل حركة المرور الأثقل، بينما يمكن للاصطدامات أن تلحق الضرر بألواحها وعجلاتها سريعاً.
في Grand Theft Auto V، تظهر Voltic عند Kortz Center في Pacific Bluffs، وMarlowe Vineyards، وVinewood Bowl Theater، وحول Rockford Hills وفي عدة مناطق لوقوف السيارات بجانب المطار. وقد تظهر أيضاً بعد Three's Company أو أثناء التحضيرات لـ The Big Score. تجوب النسخ المعدلة Vinewood أو تظهر خارج Los Santos Customs. في Grand Theft Auto Online، يمكن شراؤها من Legendary Motorsport مقابل $150,000، رغم أنها أُزيلت من الموقع الإلكتروني في النسخ المحسنة. كما تظهر حول Rockford Hills وLittle Seoul وThe Diamond Casino & Resort.

- ◆Despite it being a single transmission car, there is a five-speed gear shifter inside. This is most likely an oversight.
- ◆After the 1.17 patch, if the primary color is changed at Los Santos Customs, the hood and "color-coded spoiler" modification will not be painted, and will stay their original color. This has been fixed in the enhanced version of the game.
- ◆Oddly, the battery model uses four verniers and timing belts in line with each other to resemble four motors/batteries.
- ◆Despite it being a fully-electric car, when the player exits the car, they may hear the sound of engine oil dripping down from parts as if it had an internal combustion engine. Also, the oil pressure light on the dashboard is always on when the car is on.
- ◆Originally, there were no options to change roofs, meaning the player had to steal one with the desired roof option.
- ◆However, roof options became available at some point later, although in GTA Online, the carbon roof option remains available only at LSC.
