Standard Horse هو نوع من الخيول الكبيرة ذات المعطف الكستنائي في Red Dead Redemption 2. يحمل تصميمه بعض الشبه بـ American Standardbred، رغم أنه يُعامل كسلالة منفصلة داخل اللعبة. يتمتع بتحكم Heavy، وبأدنى تقييمات للسرعة والتسارع والصحة والتحمل.
يظهر في مشاهد سينمائية متنوعة بدلا من كونه حصانا يباع في إسطبل أو يُمنح عبر نشاط. في "Motherhood"، ينظف John Marston أحدها بالفرشاة في بداية المهمة، بينما يمتطي ساعي بريد حصانا آخر. ويظهر الحصان أيضا في مشاهد قصصية أخرى كمطية تستخدمها الشخصيات في الخلفية أو خلال أحداث مكتوبة مسبقا.

- ◆This horse was apparently originally intended to be used in place of the Raven Black Shire given to Arthur Morgan by Hosea Matthews during the mission "Exit Pursued by a Bruised Ego" as seen in the Official Gameplay Reveal trailer for the game , but this model was removed from the game entirely in an update.
- ◆The horse can also be seen being ridden by Uncle during this same gameplay trailer.
- ◆Buell is also replaced by this horse in the trailer as well.
- ◆Internally, this horse is used as a sort of placeholder in many cutscene files and is typically replaced with another horse through a script. There are only a small handful of exceptions to this, leading to the horse appearing in the aforementioned missions.
- ◆There is also no compendium data as through normal means this horse cannot be studied.
- ◆Sometime after the 1.00 version, this horse's expressions were changed resulting in the horse looking generic as opposed to being a draft breed.
- ◆The horse will appear on the title screen being ridden by Arthur Morgan, specifically if the player has purchased Red Dead Online but not the game's Story Mode.
