Nachdem die fünfzig Letter Scraps Peter Dreyfuss als Leonora Johnsons Mörder entlarven, fährt Franklin Clinton zu Dreyfuss' Haus an der North Sheldon Avenue in Vinewood Hills. Vor dem Anwesen steht ein Landstalker. Franklin betritt den Hinterhof, wo der ehemalige Regisseur neben seinem Pool meditiert.
Dreyfuss hält Franklins Ankunft für ein sexuelles Treffen und spricht ihn entsprechend an. Franklin enthüllt, dass er weiß, was Dreyfuss Leonora angetan hat. Der Regisseur versteht sofort, warum Franklin gekommen ist, gerät in Panik und bricht die Konfrontation ab. Er rennt aus dem Hinterhof und eilt zu seinem Fahrzeug vor dem Haus.
Franklin verfolgt Dreyfuss durch Vinewood Hills, während der Regisseur zu entkommen versucht. Er kann Dreyfuss einholen und töten, womit der für Leonoras Mord verantwortliche Mann stirbt, oder ihm erlauben, von der North Sheldon Avenue zu entkommen.

- ◆Since the only gold medal objective requires the player to kill Peter Dreyfuss, it is most likely that killing him is the canon choice. Also, even if the player spares him, Franklin tells Dreyfuss that he will kill him during the chase, and the Weazel News report about his death will also still appear, further suggesting that killing him is canonical.
- ◆Whilst fleeing, Dreyfuss may try to pin the blame on Solomon Richards. Discussions may differ. He may just ramble about art and how pain is needed.
- ◆Dreyfuss' house is close to the trigger point of the random event Snatched. If that mission is triggered, the icon for Dreyfuss' home vanishes until either "Snatched" is completed, or the player ignores the van and it goes out of range.
- ◆If the player shoots out the tires on Dreyfuss' Landstalker or gets in and moves it away before starting the mission, he will forego getting into the vehicle and simply just run away.
- ◆A black Dominator will always spawn in the driveway across the street when Dreyfuss attempts to make his escape.
