Boardwalk Hotel

The Boardwalk Hotel appears on the Ocean Drive-inspired road in Ocean Beach, Vice Beach. It stands beside the Neptune Hotel among the beachfront hotel frontage seen in the first official trailer. At street level, the building has a restaurant area with seating outside, facing the activity along the road. The hotel remains part of the Ocean Beach streetscape in the material released so far.

Windows on the second and third floors provide views into rooms behind the façade. Some of these windows contain televisions that are switched on. These interior glimpses are visible from outside in the released material, while the ground-floor restaurant and its outdoor seating remain the clearest features at street level.

Boardwalk Hotel also appears in later official promotional material. An official screenshot featuring Jason Duval includes the building, and a scroll-driven video on the promotional website shows it with Lucia Caminos and Jason. Those appearances return to the same Ocean Beach location, beside Neptune Hotel on the Ocean Drive-inspired road.
